Route 54 - Contract awarded to Stagecoach London: Selkent from their Catford garage with 17 new Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 Hybrid double-decker buses. (3 May 2014) 

Route 38 - Converted to New Routemaster operation with Arriva London North from their Clapton garage. Production type New Routemaster's will be based from their Ash Grove garage. (10 May 2014)

Route 136 - Extended from Peckham Bus Station to Elephant & Castle via route 343. PVR increased to 19. (10 May 2014)

Route T31 - Contract retained by Arriva London South from their Croydon garage with 9 existing Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 single-decker buses. 

Route 272 - Contract retained by London United from their Shepherd's Bush garage with 11 existing Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 single-decker buses. (24 May 2014)

Route E10 - Contract awarded to Tellings-Golden Miller from their Heathrow garage with 8 new Alexander Dennis Enviro200 single-decker buses. (31 May 2014)

Route 27 night service reallocated to Stamford Brook (V) from Hounslow (AV). (31 May 2014)

Route 418 - Contract retained by Quality Line from their Epsom garage with 4 new Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 double-decker buses and 4 existing Alexander Dennis Enviro400 double-decker buses. (28 June 2014)

Route 43 - 18 Existing Wright Eclipse Gemini 2/Volvo B9TL double-decker buses transferred from Perivale garage.

Routes 79 and 297 - 23 Existing East Lancs Olympus/Scania N230UD double-decker buses introduced with Metroline Travel from their Perivale West garage.

Route C3 - 13 New Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 Hybrid double-decker buses introduced with Abellio London from their Battersea garage.

Routes 71, 281 and 681 retained by London United from Hounslow (AV) with existing Scania OmniCity double-decker buses to be refurbished - route 281 will receive Scania OmniCity double-deckers formerly allocated to Shepherd's Bush (S) route 148. (5 July 2014)

Route 375 - Contract retained by Arriva Southern Counties from their Grays garage with 7 existing Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 single-decker buses. (5 July 2014)

Route 286 - Contract awarded to Go-Ahead London: London Central from their New Cross garage with 13 new Enviro 200/E20D single-decker buses. (12 July 2014)

Route 9H - Service withdrawn with best RMs heading to the 15H. (25th July 2014)

August

Route 112 - Contract awarded to Metroline West from their Greenford garage with 14 MCV Evolution bodied MAN 12.240 single deck buses reintroduced. (2 August 2014)

Route 232 retained by Metroline Travel from Cricklewood (W) with existing Alexander Dennis Enviro200 Dart buses and MCV Evolution bodied MAN 12.240 buses to be reintroduced, plus a rerouting. (2 August 2014)

Route 611 - Contract retained by Metroline Travel from their Perivale West garage with existing 
East Lancs Olympus bodied Scania N230UD double-decker buses. (2 August 2014)

  1. Correction, route 606 has 3 double deckers on the allocation, not one.

  2. if the 453 gets some borismasters, then i suppose the e400's could transfer to camberwell garage's rout 45 to release the batch of PVL's(plaxton president Volvo's).

    1. Yep that could happen but I'm certain the 1 would get some off the 453 with the rest heading to the 45 if the rumours for the 453 NRMs are true.

    2. yeah the VWL's off the 1 could go to the 45. Then the PVL's can be released onto other camberwell-based routes that require more capacity such as the 42,P5 and the 360 to boots their services.

    3. At the moment Ben, the 453 conversion seem it will go ahead but if it does then certainly the VWLs to the 45 with PVLs more likely sent for the 42/360. P5 can't take DDs I think and could you refrain from using the name South London Bus Blog as my blog is called the South London Bus Blog. Something else would be better.
